The Wellbeing Collective
Pause. Notice. Choose.
Make your own shift.
Neurodivergent-informed coaching and bespoke holistic care for mind, body and wellbeing.
Life doesn't always go to plan. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about what comes next. Sometimes your body needs care, recovery or simply some time to rest.
The Wellbeing Collective offers a space to step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself and explore what you need — without judgement and without a one-size-fits-all approach.
About Me
I'm Sam, and I created The Wellbeing Collective to offer something I believe is often missing from traditional approaches to wellbeing:
Space to be listened to, understood and supported as an individual.
My work brings together complementary therapy, holistic care and ADHD-informed, non-directive coaching.
Although the services may look different, the philosophy behind them is the same:
I start with you
A space that's about you
You don't have to arrive with all the answers.
Whether you're navigating neurodivergence, a career or life transition, recovery from illness or surgery, or simply feeling that something needs to change, our work starts with where you are now.
My approach is personal, responsive and non-directive.
Rather than telling you what you should do, I create space for you to explore your experience, understand what matters to you and find what works for you.
How I can help
There are two sides to The Wellbeing Collective, connected by the same principle:
Care for your mind
ADHD-informed Executive Coaching
For self-aware neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD and AuDHD, who want space to think, explore and navigate life, work and change in their own way.

Care for your body
Bespoke Holistic Care
Personalised, gentle treatments designed around you — from scar therapy and oncology support to aromatherapy massage, reflexology and Reiki.
You don't have to fit yourself into the solution.
Whether we're talking about your career, your relationships, your wellbeing or your body, my approach starts with understanding you.
Your circumstances.
Your needs.
Your preferences.
Your pace.
The SHIFT approach:
PAUSE
Create some space away from the noise, expectations and demands.
NOTICE
Tune into what's happening — your thoughts, feelings, needs, patterns and responses.
CHOOSE
Explore your options and decide what feels right for you.
SHIFT
Take your own next step, in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Your shift doesn't have to be someone else's idea of progress. Your space. Your pace. Your shift.
