Executive Coaching for Neurodivergent Minds
You don't need to change who you are. You need to find what works for you.
Executive coaching for self-aware neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD and AuDHD, who want space to understand themselves, navigate challenges and make their own decisions.
Perhaps you're capable, but exhausted from constantly trying to keep up.
You might be:
struggling to prioritise when everything feels important
finding it difficult to get started or finish things
overwhelmed by competing demands
full of ideas but struggling to turn them into action
navigating a career or role change
questioning what you actually want next
approaching retirement and wondering what comes afterwards
experiencing an empty nest or relationship change
feeling stuck or uncertain about a decision
beginning to understand how neurodivergence has shaped your experiences
tired of adapting yourself to fit expectations that don't feel designed for you
You may have spent years finding ways to compensate, mask or simply push through.
Coaching gives you space to stop doing that for a moment.
A different kind of executive coaching
Traditional executive coaching can sometimes focus heavily on performance:
Do more. Achieve more. Optimise. Improve.
My approach is different.
I work non-directively, which means I don't arrive with a predetermined solution or tell you what you should do.
Instead, we explore what's happening for you.
We look at what matters.
We notice patterns.
We explore possibilities.
And you decide where you want to go next.
You remain the expert in your own life.
What might we explore?
Clarity & decision-making
When everything feels important, it can be difficult to know where to start. Coaching can give you space to step back and work out what actually matters.
Executive functioning
Explore approaches to planning, prioritising, organisation, motivation and getting things started or finished.
Work & career
Navigate career decisions, role changes, workplace challenges or questions about what you want next.
Leadership & communication
Develop an authentic leadership style and explore ways of communicating that feel natural rather than performative.
Confidence & self-understanding
Understand your patterns, recognise your strengths and develop greater awareness of what you need to thrive.
Overwhelm & sustainable performance
Explore energy, boundaries, expectations and ways of working that support you rather than continually draining you.
What coaching isn't
It isn't about fixing you.
It isn't about forcing you into somebody else's productivity system.
It isn't about telling you what you should do.
And it isn't about turning you into a more "acceptable" version of yourself.
It's about understanding yourself and finding what works for you.
How we will work
Sessions are conversational, curious and led by what matters to you.
You don't need to arrive with a perfect goal.
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong.
And you certainly don't need to have a five-year plan.
Sometimes the most useful place to start is simply:
“Something isn't working. I want to understand why.”
Neurodivergent workplace coaching
If you're neurodivergent and experiencing challenges at work, Access to Work may be able to fund support tailored to your individual needs.
The UK Government's Access to Work scheme provides practical and financial support for eligible people with a disability or health condition to help them start, stay in or progress in work. ADHD and autism are among the conditions specifically included within the Government's eligibility guidance (https://www.gov.uk/access-to-work).
