Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage combines nurturing touch with therapeutic essential oils chosen specifically for you. I use a clinical, holistic approach to help support:
• Stress, sleep and emotional wellbeing
• Hormonal changes including perimenopause and menopause
• Immune support and pain relief
• Cancer care, palliative care, and recovery
You’ll receive a personalised blend and a treatment tailored to how you feel on the day.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a calming, restorative treatment that works on the reflex points of the feet to support the whole body. I offer:
• Reflexology for stress and emotional balance
• Reflexology for pre-conception and fertility
• Lymphatic reflexology (RLD) to support fluid retention, immune function and post-surgical recovery

Oncology and Palliative Support
I have extensive experience supporting people at all stages of cancer treatment, survivorship and palliative care. I work alongside medical care to offer comfort, ease and gentle therapeutic touch in a safe, respectful and responsive way. All treatments are adapted depending on your energy levels, mobility, and medical history.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy-based therapy that promotes calm, balance, and emotional grounding. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depleted, or in need of stillness, Reiki offers a quiet space to rest and restore. I often integrate Reiki into other treatments where appropriate, or offer it as a stand-alone therapy.

Yoga for Every Body
Therapeutic, Trauma-Informed, and Accessible Yoga
I offer yoga that is gentle, inclusive, and tailored to support each individual—whether you’re new to yoga, living with health challenges, or seeking a more grounded and nourishing practice. My teaching is rooted in accessibility, trauma-awareness, and deep respect for your body’s needs.

Each session is centred on creating a safe, calm and supportive environment. My approach integrates breathwork, mindful movement, and deep rest. I adapt postures and practices for:
• Chronic illness and fatigue
• Cancer care and post-treatment recovery

• Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism) and sensory processing needs
• Anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation
Sessions may include mat-based or chair-based yoga, depending on what’s most accessible for you.

🌸 Chair Yoga
Gentle movement and breath practices done seated and/or using a chair for support. Perfect for:
• Those with limited mobility or balance issues
• People in palliative or cancer care
• Workplace wellbeing sessions
Chair yoga is calming, adaptable, and deceptively powerful in supporting circulation, relaxation and emotional balance.
Yoga for Cancer Care
Trained in yoga for cancer and palliative support, I offer compassionate yoga practices for people at any stage of treatment, recovery or survivorship. Sessions focus on:
• Restoring energy gently
• Supporting lymphatic health and circulation
• Easing anxiety, breathlessness or tension
• Encouraging a sense of agency, comfort and peace
I work with sensitivity to surgical sites, ports, fatigue, and emotional impact.
🌙 Yoga for Deep Rest
A slow, restorative style of yoga designed to regulate the nervous system, promote deep rest, and support emotional wellbeing. This may include:
• Breath-led movement
• Restorative poses
• Guided relaxation or Yoga Nidra
Ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or living with long-term stress or trauma.
🌀 Neurodiversity-Inclusive Yoga
I create spaces where neurodivergent individuals can feel welcome, unmasked, and supported. I offer yoga with clear, sensory-aware guidance, options for movement or stillness, and flexible structure. I work from lived experience and a neuroaffirming approach.
